In June 2016, OpeMed began installation of the OT200 Ceiling Hoist at the prestigious new Chirec Hospital – Delta in Brussels, Belgium.
Working alongside our exclusive dealer in Belgium, we installed hoist systems in 42 rooms throughout this large scale new build hospital.
The hoists are being installed in a variety of wards, from operating rooms, intensive care units, rehabilitation centres and above the pool in the hydrotherapy centre.
The client opted for a variety of our removable Ceiling Hoist, OT200 and our compact bariatric OT400 Ceiling Hoist.
OpeMed worked closely with our local dealer, as well as the architect, main contractor and Chirec’s representitive to ensure the optimum and most cost effective solution was delivered.
Our knowledge and experience of large installations worldwide ensured the combination of various ceiling constructions as well as significant voids between the finished ceiling and the structure did not delay the installation.
