Getting the most from your product with an OpeMed flexible service plan

OpeMed provide a comprehensive installation service that covers our full product range of hoists, baths, changing tables or through floor lifts. With an expertly trained and certified CSCS qualified installation team, we offer a high-quality service whilst ensuring all systems are fully tested and commissioned for each individual install according to LOLER and ISO10535. OpeMed is fully accredited to Constructionline, CHAS and the latest Health and Safety standards.

Our experienced staff enable the installation process to be seamless and with as little disturbance as possible, from concept right through to after-sales service.

We highly recommend an annual service for all our lifting equipment. 

Support and Service - OpeMed OT200 Hoist Installation

All lifting equipment falls under ISO10535 (and LOLER in the UK) and we follow these standards as a minimum for installation and after sales support. Our qualified engineers can test your equipment every 6 months as recommended by ISO10535 and LOLER. Our engineers will carry a full stock of spares to ensure our servicing packages are completed quickly and smoothly.

What is LOLER?

Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) places duties on people and companies who own, operate or have control over lifting equipment.
LOLER requires that all equipment used for lifting is fit for purpose, appropriate for the task, suitably marked and had a thorough examination every 6 months. Records must be kept and defects recorded.

Includes non-consumable parts / call-outs / labour / LOLER certification after 6 & 12 months / annual weight test. Agreement periods available:
1 Year / 3 Year / 5 Year

Annual Service Plan – Other

Includes equipment service after 6 & 12 months / LOLER certification after 6 & 12 months / annual weight test. Agreement periods available:
1 Year / 3 Year / 5 Year
