OpeMed Seminar & Workshop A Success For RISE4Disability in Peterborough Arena for Occupational Therapists.
Yesterday, OpeMed presented a seminar and workshop for OTs and Case Managers at RISE 4 Disability. Held at Peterborough Arena Wednesday 22nd of February, we were delighted to find the seminars well attended.
Touching on best practice and layout advice for Ceiling Hoists, the seminar covered the ‘do’s and don’ts’ of Hoisting, the essential considerations for Hoist placement and the different types of Ceiling Hoists available. Working with our Monarch Portable Ceiling Hoist, Spray Shower Trolley and a Tilt-in-space Shower Chair our Product Specialist, Lee Glennon also held a Moving and Handling workshop where he showcased good practice when using a Ceiling Hoist.
