Bariatric Patients Receive 26 Accessible Rooms at Al Amiri Hospital – Kuwait
With the growing need for bariatric support across the GCC, OpeMed has partnered with the MOH to manufacture, supply and install a range of Hoisting Solutions throughout the latest MOH Hospital in development in Kuwait.
The Al Amiri Hospital will service thousands of citizens across Kuwait City and will include Twenty-Six brand new bedrooms fully fitted out with OpeMed equipment.
The twenty-six rooms were fitted with multi-room Hoisting Systems. This included the OT400 Bariatric Ceiling Hoist and magnetic gate systems to allow access from bedroom to the ensuite bathroom reducing the number of transfers required to take patients from bed to bathroom.
