OpeMed Complete Ceiling Lift Project in Zaans Medical Centre, Netherlands
We are delighted to announce announce the completion of our latest Ceiling Lift Project in Zaans Medical Centre, Netherlands. The new Zaans Medical Centre (ZMC) is an accessible state-of-the-art building, designed to reduce all forms of waste from cost and resources to time and space.
The recently completed Portable Hoist project consisted of 188 Ceiling Track systems and with Monarch Portable Hoist systems to compliment. Working closely with BAM construction, OpeMed and our sister company United Care, worked to complete the project and deliver a highly flexible system. The track is flush mounted into the ceiling and utilised our new Monarch Portable Hoist with telescopic reacher.
The Monarch Portable Ceiling Hoist is an ideal choice for multiple room installations as once Ceiling Track is installed into a room, the Monarch can simply be hooked into that room for use and then moved elsewhere when needed using our unique telescopic reacher arm system (more information coming soon). Use of the Monarch Portable Ceiling Hoist in this fashion enables a cost effective installation that can be utilised throughout the multiple rooms with Ceiling Track installed, whilst minimising the number of Hoists required if they are not used all of the time.
The ZMC is pioneering accessibility and by choosing to future proof it’s facilities in such a fashion, it will surely mean patients will benefit from the accessibility these hoists bring for many years to come.
