Case Management Adaptation – Oxford

Working with the family, case managers and OT’s, we provided assistance and technical expertise on the equipment suitable for the child and the home. This included various assessments of the child’s needs including the current routines as well as a site survey of the house to ensure a sound structural renovation could take place for a case management renovation project.

The layout of the equipment provided for the case management adaptation had been designed to not only compliment each room shape but also work in harmony with other assistive equipment for example; from ceiling hoist to wheelchair to through floor lift.

For OpeMed, a successful case management home renovation project is a design that works for the family in their home and compliments their lifestyle. It will also aim to provide a high level of support for the user and carers by supplying recommended and high quality equipment that works seamlessly alongside care routines.
